Ucount - The worst online shopping experience

My order was placed on Sunday - via your online shopping mall
Till today (Thursday) I have not received a waybill number
I have contact Ucount on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Today (Thursday), same useless excuses
I should have rather used [URL Removed] as always, they deliver and stick to their promises.
Ucount is useless and don't know what they are doing!
Ucount is pathetic
