We had water and roof damage after a hail storm on 11 Nov. I lodged a claim, and the very next day, the contractors came out to access and quote. ITs now 2 weeks, with the holiday season ahead. We still don't know what is happening. Every time I call, I have to hold for at least 20 miniutes. Yesterday they said, a consultant will call me when its approved, I mean come on, how long can it take really?? IT could have been fixed already. It can not take 2 weeks to approve seriously? I must be honest this is the second claim after a hail storm, and every time, we get really bad service from Absa. There is just no one that you can call to follow up, you have to go through a call centre. claim 2477918. Absa what is going on? Please communicate!
