1) On 22 November 2013 R407-00 was deducted from my smart ccount by FNB, for no reason. 2) On Monday, 25 November 2013 I attended FNB's Mall@Reds branch to find out why my money was deducted from my account. An FNB consultant, Me. Ennie Maserumule, assisted me and confirmed that my money was indeed unlawfully deducted by FNB, for no valid reason, and confirmed that she will sort it out. A formal dispute was lodged with FNB's Debit Card department. 3) On Monday 2 December 2013 I again followed up with Me. Ennie, as my money was still not refunded into my account. Me. Ennie, and the FNB Mall@Reds branch manager, Me. Yolande Hanekom, confirmed that they have been trying non-stop for a week to try and get hold of FNB's debit card department to resolve my dispute, to no avail. I was sent proof of numerous correspondence to people at FNB's debit card department, however no one responded. 4) On Friday 6 December 2013 2013, my wife again went to the FNB Mall@Reds branch, and the branch manager told her that they cant do anything more, the Debit Card department is completely ignoring them! FNB confimred that they unlawfully deducted my money, but they still have not paid it back!!!
