I registered with Ucount over the phone 4 months ago. I was told that I could only get my Ucount card by registering on the Ucount link via the Standardbank website. I did that. Once you enter your ID you should get an OTP on your cellphone via sms = Guess what, Ucount has the wrong cell number on my Ucount account. I complained to my branch, called Ucount, sent e-mails and all I got is a mail from Ucount saying we are apologize for the inconvenience. That was 4 months ago.
