I registered with Ucount over the phone 4 months ago. I was told that I could only get my Ucount card by registering on the Ucount link via the Standardbank website. I did that. Once you enter your ID you should get an OTP on your cellphone via sms = Guess what, Ucount has the wrong cell number on my Ucount account. I complained to my branch, called Ucount, sent e-mails and all I got is a mail from Ucount saying we are apologize for the inconvenience. That was 4 months ago.
I CALL ON ALL STANDARDBANK ACCOUNT HOLDERS TO STOP BUYING FUEL FROM CALTEX AND CONTACT FNB TO CHANGE YOUR ACCOUNT, BECAUSE IN MY OPPINION THIS IS A . I CHALLANGE STANDARDBANK AND CALTEX TO HONOUR MY R1, 00 PER LITER REFUND.
If they don't, I will take this to the consumer complaints commission
