Unable to "spend" Ucount rewards

I registered with Ucount over the phone 4 months ago. I was told that I could only get my Ucount card by registering on the Ucount link via the Standardbank website. I did that. Once you enter your ID you should get an OTP on your cellphone via sms = Guess what, Ucount has the wrong cell number on my Ucount account. I called Ucount 5 times, and tried to get it resolved directly. No luck there. They said I should go into a branch. So, I went in to Cape Gate branch, and the consultant there spoke to Ucount. Apparently that would sort it out. it didn't.

What a load of BS. How hard can it be to get a cell number in the appropriate field? Especially given that I already receive all my OTP's for transactions on my CORRECT cell number.

This is just a way for Standard Bank to avoid letting me use my rewards points.
