I have REPEATEDLY contacted Standard Bank UCOUNT via their Web page regarding my tiering of Ucount points. Although their WEB site says I will be contacted by a consultant within 24 hours. it mostly does not happen. Last Thu I phoned their UCOUNT call center and spoke to Ashley. He promised to email me back immediately and follow up on my queries. I have heard nothing.
I have three queries that have not attracted UCOUNT tiering points:
1. Two ATM deposits... no points
2. Money Market Investment... no points
3. Permission to send me internal adverts... no points
The complaints they have responded keep refering to their monthly cycle. I have register for UCOUNT nearly two months ago.
I see Standard Bank response to other Ucount queries on Hello Peter is fairly standard.
