Pertro Card Upgrade

In the begin of October 2013, I was having a problem with the petro card limit that I was issued with. After a few unsuccessful attempts on the internet and phone, I approached FNB Three Rivers branch, were the accounts are kept. We were attended to by Mr Hennie Vermaak. At the end of the day we were told that the new card would be ready in a week. Over a month has passed and no word or sight of the cards. It is almost impossible to contact him and when contact has been made, he has no explanation or excuse for the delay. In this day and age it surly does not take 2 months to produce a couple of petro cards.
