I have two accounts with FNB i lost one of my cards and called FNB Cards Division to report it and the lady gives me bad attitude like as if she's doing me a favor and the worst thing of all she goes ahead and cancel both two cards without even asking me which card got lost, the next morning i went to the bank and they tell me they're going to give me a temporary card which i have to pay for and place an order for the second card because the lady only placed an order for one card.

Please tell me what was the reason for cancelling both two cards?

I asked the lady from Card Division for both two cards to be delivered at Centurion Branch and guess what i get an sms that the card that was wrongly cancelled was delivered at SWARTRUG branch ready to be collected, the card that i was reporting has not been done.

At least i received one card that i went to the bank to report, I STILL DONT HAVE MY CARD THAT WAS DELIVERED AT SWARTRUG!!!

FNB i want my card please and give the lady from Card Division a proper training she's destroying your reputation...
