Two FNB Petro Card Ordered. One IN ERROR. Consultant despatches a card but at the same time, cancels the very same card which was despatched. Collected card 0066 at Brooklyn branch. No indication by the branch that their is a problem with the card. Card transaction obviosly declined. Today I'm told that the other card was ALSO despatched but will only be at the branch next week... So, let's get this straight. Two cards ordered on the same day. One gets to the branch within 4 days but is cancelled by some over enthusiastic consultant. The other card (0058) has still not reached the branch after 14 days. Really??? Seriously???
