A R973.50 Annual Card fee on a PETRO CARD???

You charge me R973.50 for my annual card fee on my Petro Card. This transaction (of R973.50) causes an overlimit situation and then you charge me R230 for being overlimit!!! Card fees of R973.50 seem a little extreme. How did you derive at that??? :
