Very poor service from FNB Credit Card Division

My petro card and credit card were due to expire at the end if August. I phoned on the 23rd to find out how I could order new cards. I was told new cards had been ordered and the had tried to deliver them to my home address three times already with no success. Why did no one ask me where I wanted them delivered, I am at work during the day. Why didn't someone phone me when they realised no one was at home the first time? I was told to redirect them to my work would cost me R195 which I refused to pay. I was told they would then be delivered to my branch and I would be notified as soon as they were there. When I phoned this morning I was told my cards had been there since the 29th, again no one bothered to let me know. My car has just broken down and the only reason I have a petro card is for the AA benefit but my card is expired. Very unhappy customer!!!
