Providing incorrect information is okay? really?

Very dissapointed in african bank in a space of 3 days did i receive incorrect information:
1. I called cause i received an sms with my account information.
for my personal account i was qouted an amount of R8900.00 and some odd cents.
i repeatedly asked 3 times are you correct? and the reply was yes
2 called the second time i get a settlement amount of R13 600.00 i was confused now? guess what for the first call i do not have a reference number however they adjusted my payments as per my requirement to be the 01st how strange.
3 i get to speak to Edward who gives me another settlement amount with is even higher then the second call i made. he just said to me he is sorry for the wrong information but this is the correct amount. i asked to speak to his supervisor.
1. i demanded that he listen tot he call recording of sunday- he failed to do so, he just called me to say it was incorrect. i still don't know his name cause he promised to email be 2 settlement letters yesterday i am still waiting. i would tell people that you are a bunch of and you cannot deal with clients... you cannot be trusted cause yOU ripping people off. ITS SAD HEY! SHOCKING SERVICE: DISHONEST
