I called the call centre twice yesterday first i spoke to a male and he was suppose to send me a settlement letter with all the details still no letter. then i call back again spoke to Stephanie call reference 928272 i asked why is the settlement amount high than the amount owing and she gave me so much attitude and i asked for a manger and said i still never got the letter either and she then put down the phone never got to speak to a manger which name is Sophie . i feel that you guys have terrible call centre agents with no respect and i still would like to know why a settlement amount is more where at all the other banks its less than the amount owing.
