NO STATEMENTS AFTER REQUESTED NUMEROUS TIMES

I have been requesting statements on my African Bank loan and credit card for the last 6 months, but too date have not received any statements. I have requested that they be sent to me by e-mail. I also requested a settlement amount from the back office - also without success. I have changed from bank in the meantime and have requested that my debit order be changed to the new bank. Guess what they attempted to take payment from the bank account which was closed!! I contacted African Bank to get the correct amounts which they promised would be send by e-mail. I am still waiting for a settlement amount, statement as well as reference numbers to make payments and to top it all now my account is in arrears because of incompetent people!!!
