I phoned in on 11 March and asled for a settlement amount for my loan with the bank. The quotation was valid till today, 18 March 2013. I called in today to enquire in case i was unable to settle it today still, i was told that the amount as of 19 March 2013 would be higher if i make the payment then. But I have a quotation valid till today midnite. I made the transfer and i called in again just now to check if my transfer has been received and i was told shocking news. That my quotation is incorrect and i owe more to the bank still. I said to Palesa Matladi how can this amount be incorrect when i have it in writing and valid till today, she says that quotations on settlements are subject to change and very willy nilly i mean really!!! what heck is wrong with that information. I want this sorted out today as my quotation expires today!!!
