Service unacceptable

My Nissan bakkie were damage by hail in November 2012. Reported it to the broker Abacus. Only got repose in March13 to take vehicle for quoataion. Requested broker Erica that bakkie to be fixed during the time my wife had a operation and could not use her car for 6 weeks, Not adhered to. Told her that I'm on leave end of April for 2 weeks car can be done then. Nothing happened. Erica told me she arranged that I will get a loan vehicle as I need transport. Months later she informed me thats no longer available.
Out of the blue Rubicon phoned me my vehicle must be in today. Allthough the problem seems to be with the broker Abacus I also blame Santam who passes the bucket every time. I need transport as my wife also needs her car daily. What now. Promises promises do not work for me
