Incorrect and incosistant information given

Incorrect and incosistant information given led to my financial crisis and they are making it worse as they want to charge me further interest for their incompetence. i called the call center for a settlement and it was given and i queried about the debit order that was due on the 20th as i got the settlement on the 19th and they said i can reverse it. on the 22 i paid the settlement valid for 7 days and i reversed the debit order and i was expecting an amount to be credited to my bank account from another supplier and the reversal funds so it was fine i used up the amount in my bank account and today they tell me that the amoutn had reversed cos they refunded back the amount due and i am no thinking? i mean i paid them and they refund without my authority and they told me to reverse the amount and they now want to charge me interest on the capital of the inst out. and when i query about the amount of the sett paid and if thats also going to gain interest they say no. I will not pay anty sort of futrther interest on the instalment i will however pay the instalment due to them as thats my responsibillity even if it was not my fault i want to be contacted for this to be cor.
