Incorrect information on settlement

The call centre os African Bank including the supervisor refused to give settlement discount for me to settle the account. The conduct was like they do not care about the settlement and did not thoroughly listen to my explanation of the account. They have already made their mind as you could here from their tone that explaining this is not going to make any difference. I was trying to explain to them that the account is old but did not want to listen. I also tried the complaint email on their website which returned to me giving another email that is also not working. I was confused as to whatbis happening with african bank. I then sent my complaint to advocate email on Monday but until now not even an acknowledgement is sent to me. I need to settle the account with them.
