Transaction account?

I have a transaction business account. From the beginning it was a transaction account. All of a sudden I see there is also a monthly charge. THIS WAS NOT THE AGREEMENT AND FNB HAS NO RIGHT TO CHANGE AN AGREEMENT WITHOUT MY CONSENT!!! I demand that the cost is waved and everything gets discussed with me. Who the gave you the right to change everything without my consent???
