Not keeping their promise

Hi my name is Mzwandile Zulu, i would like to complain about fnb for letting people/companies do what ever they like into my fnb cheque account. I have been a loyal fnb customer since 1998, lately im experiencing activities happening into my account. In December there's a company called siyabusa they're transacting in my account, i requested a debit oder to be stopped at fnb n they charged me R77 for that. Again in January these people took R99 in my account, i went to fnb to enquirer about how come they let this transaction happen because i requested to be stopped. They telling me i was supposed to come on the date the debit happened
Which makes me wonder how i was supposed to know the transaction went through because a transaction less than R100 doesn't report, i accidentally saw it whilst i was on the fnb website. I'm so dissapointed with fnb and i don't wish to change to another bank but if they promote I'm afraid im gonna have to change to another bank. this is only happening to fnb customers and im not the only one complaining about this so it seems as if it's the inside job since they're not willing to stop it. I may only be contacted after 4:00pm weekdays
