I logged a complaint about 3 months ago about being charged a monthly fee of ZAR 95 per month without my consent and also being charged a transaction fee per transaction at the same time. I got feedback about an ongoing investigation and standard bank not wanting its customers to go through the same, I was expecting a refund of the ZAR 95 over a year as i didnt consent to it nor benefit from it. I visited Mafikeng branch to follow up on this issue only to be given the new pricings and sent away with the promise of an investigation. from my point of view, just gimme my refund. I didnt benefit from the service fee and I didnt consent to it simple!
