BANK COSTS AND FEES ON CHEQUE ACCOUNT

Good morning

I Changed my ABSA savings account to a current account a while back because of the high cost involved with the savings account. The consultant at Benswart Branch assured me that the Cheque account will only take R109.00 a month for banking fees and not a cent more, all Internet transaction will be free, all inter account transfers will be free, 5 freed ATM withdrawals and so forth... Up to date I have had only problems with this account's costs and fees as the charge for a capitation fee, internet banking fee and who know what else. I want and demand my money back as this was not the agreement that i had with ABSA! I want all the month i had the account to be investigated for incorrect fees charged and i want that money back. I NEED A CHRISTMAS PRESENT FOR MYSELF THIS YEAR, so give me MY money!

And please stop taking R19.00 of my credit card for fees and putting it in my current account as a rebate... this is a totally useless transaction, as it forces me to do another transaction just to put the R19.00 rebate back into my credit card to get the balance on zero again. Stop doing this, these transactions completely cancels each other out. I WANT FEEDBACK!
