I just received a call from a FNB representative who wanted to confirm that a transaction that was about to go through my account was not. However the transaction was activity and luckily FNB acted promptly and stopped the transaction from going through my account. My credit card account was immediately closed and a new card will be sent to me.
I just want to thank FNB for being the best bank and for acting quickly.
