Payment Dispute

A hospitality institution debited my account without consent or agreement. The amount was disputed but FNB refused to give me the benefit of the doubt and sided with the supplier. The fact that my consent for the debit could not be proved di dnot deter FNB from charging my account and refusing to reverse the charge.
