Last week R1000 was debited off my account without my consent. After many phone calls, I was assisted by a FNB Consultant by the name of Nonhlanhla Mpulo who managed to trace the transaction and successfully credited my account.
We made an arrangement that I will be starting making payments from December 2013. To my astonishment, FNB has AGAIN debited my account without my consent and in bridge of our agreement.
This is the final straw... I want my money credited immediately or I'm DONE with FNB and the incompetent staff they employ who can blatantly tell me that they can debit without my consent.
