Incorrect deduction from std bank acc

On 05/07/13 I made 2 transactions at the ATM 12575 Eersterust Plaza between 06:44 and 06:46. The one transaction was for airtime and the other a withdrawal from my standard bank account. The money for the withdrawal was decline and on the screen it displayed insufficient funds. I never received any money from the absa ATM. I then moved to the standard bank ATM and could only withdraw a R900 from my account. My balance on my account reflected that the withdrawal at the absa ATM went through for R3000.00. Money i never received from the ATM. I went to my bank later that day and statement showed that my account was debited. I logged a claim with my bank and it was unsuccessful. Absa refused to pay my money back. I was revered to the ombudsman. I never pursued this option. I want absa to look into my enquiry again and to return the money that was debited by their ATM from my account. I also want them to look at the atm footage to see that I did not receive the money. I also want them to look at the amount of complaints they received concerning the ATM from customers during this period and after. I did not receive my hard earned money and want it returned.
