Pin code tempered with on my account

On Thursday morning February 2013 was going to withdraw funds from my account (ATM) my card got stuck on the machine, and two guys appeared from nowhere offering to assist me, but i refused. They left me there after some few minutes i received an SMS alerting me that a withdrawal has been made on my account.
First Withdrawal: R1500 (FNB, Southdale)
Second Withdrawal: R300 (FNB, Southdale. And bought airtime for R275 at ABSA. I went to SAPS to report my case and gave the statement to my bank (NEDBANK) and they told me that an investigation will be done. After 2 months i received feedback from them and they say i won't be getting my full amount and they said they will only give me half of my airtime money which is R137.50. I was disappointed by the service i got from them as they are a world class bank, i'm in need of the money as i'm currently a sole bread winner at home. The least that they could have done was to give me half this month and half the next month. How can i continue with the bank that i don't trust anymore. My email address : [Email Removed]
