Herewith i would like to warn everybody not to trust your money at ABSA bank.
One of my debit orders went of my account wrongly on 14 March 2013, it was suppose to go off my account on 26 Feb 2013.
I called absa bank this morning with a simple statement and question: I trust ABSA bank to look after my money, why is a third party allowed to take money out of my account when they want... the awnser from the floor manager at absa was: " I don't know"... how ridiculous is this!!! How can I trust this bank if they allow other people to take money out of my account when ever they want to... who gives ABSA the right to hand my money out to other people/ insitutions when I have not authorized it??? What is the use of a bank account if this happen??? And the shocking part is that absa are just not willing to resolve the issue!!! The amount that was debited of my account is also not even the correct amount... it is R300 to much!!!
The service from ABSA is pathetical and I keep ABSA resopnsible to refund me my money.
