ERROR ON THE CARD AND SERVICE I HAVE RECEIVED

I hear with to log a complaint, i tried to withdraw money on the Absa ATM on the 28 April 2013 and i could not get the money and the error i was getting was saying invalid account number. I tried an Standard Bank atm and got the money, wensday same thing happened again and could not get the money and went to standard bank again and got the money. I kept all the statement and went to a Absa Branch in N1 City I was assisted by the lady Surname was Shaldon or Sheldon, i explain to her what happenend and showed her the receipt also, and asked if the charges i got for using Standard bank can be reversed as i tried more than 3 Absa atms and was not getting my money which i need ugently. She then told me that can never be revesed even if i had a proof that the Absa had a problem and i need a money at that moment. She also advise me I can just close the account i i want that.

I refuse to pay for the charges that occurred at Absa problem, and i have plenty of receipts showing the error I was getting. If the fees i got charged for using Standard bank do not get reversed i will be forced to close my account with Absa.
