Std bank service is non existent

I currently have a home loan through STD Bank and recently decided to do some alterations. Completed the forms after waiting 3 hrs in a branch as there was only 1 lady who knew how to work the system. This was at the end of Sept. I was told within 7 working days I would receive a reply. Two months later and after numerous phone calls and two on line complaints I still had no answer on my application. Today, I call and get an answer from the automated system that the apllication is not proceeding. Get transfered to a Manager, Carlo, who says inspector found property to be in poor condition, poor security, buyer had cancelled. Last inspection was in August. Std Bank has done no inspection, I own the property, property is in very good condition and why inspect in Aug when I only applied in Sept? Std bank did not communicate their final decision to me, someone put my application in file 13.
Std bank staff have and did not do their jobs and all I ever wanted was a simple yes or no to my application and all I got was a very bad taste.
