I applied for a bond in middle 2012 for a property I was living in. Standard bank approved me for 104% bond that includes Attorney cost. The seller of the property no more wanted to sell and I found a property within 3 months, I was informed I would have to re apply, and so I did. After all documents were sent, the lawyers was informed that it's been granted again, and they can go ahead with registration. With this the attorneys informed me that only 90% bond was granted, without standard bank informing me. I phoned the complaints department, to ask why the sudden change in 3 months in my profile. The lady at head office blatantly told me it's not my profile, but their policies that changes every 2 months, yet their advertising on the internet states that the jump start loan is still available. Now am left occupied in a property, with a 8 month pregnant wife, and the sellers very unhappy and about to lose the property. First bond:4265304 Bond 366144065 (104%) second bond :366924761 application 4287685. The consultant told me straight, they are not willing to grant me 104% or re look into the situation. I am about to lose my property. As a manager in outsurance, i know service is key
