No Feedback - Access Bond Facility

I am presently a Standard Bank Home Loan and Transactional account holder.
Last week i had applied for an access bond facility at the FNB Carlswald branch having been assisted by a lady named Dekeledi. After 2 or 3 days, i was then told that the application was declined as the form was incorrectly completed, and keeping in mind i was assisted by the Premier banking consultant.
Dekeledi then told me to rather phone in to the home loans call centre and do the application telephoncally which i then did on the 28/01/2013 . I have since not received any feedback with regard to my application, so i called in today 31/01/2013 to get an update from Tebogo at the home loans contact centre, and was told that my atm hold could not be removed as my property condition is poor. I really dont understand how these assessments are being done, as nobody from standard bank advised me that a property assessement needed to be performed and also contacted me to do a physical assessment of my property which is only 5 years old.
Please can someone advise me as to the status of my application as i have recently switched over my salary and intend on moving all my banking to standard bank.
