Good day

I was involved in a accident on 02/12/2012. It was a hit and run incident, the driver left
His vehicle on the scene and ran off. The vehicle had a temporary permit.

I lodge I claim to prime meridian, I have been patient with them sending all the documents their
Require, I didn't mind waiting because I knew it was the festive season.

I opened a case at my local police station for Reck and Neck against the other driver
Just to find out that the police didn't record the case but gave me a case number. Spoke to my agent
At prime and he told me they will just have to bypass that, reason being that there was a metro official on the scene and the accident was recorded.

Now the problems start, spoke to the agent again today to find out if the claim has been sent to the managers yet he told me no because Prime have to get hold of the other drivers details, reason being he must be held responsible and THEY WANT TO CLAIM THEIR LOSSES BACK FROM THE OTHER PERSONS INSURENCE, so what prime is actually conveying to me is they first want to get their money back before they can process my claim.

2 months and no vehicle until prime gets their costs back
