I was involved in an accident and was not able to get a road side assistance from the Prime Meridian Direct. I tried the calling for hours without any luck until I organized the towing truck to move my vehicle from the accident location. I logged a claim the next morning and the insurance was declined after 5 days. Then Prime Meridian insutructed the tow-truck trucker to move my vehicle to Great South Panel Beaters. I was never informed by either the tow-trucker or Insurance that my vehicle is been relocated from where i left it. Then when i called the tow-trucker that i am coming to collect my vehicle he sais he has been instructed by Prime Meridian Direct to relocate my vehicle. When i go there (Great South autobody) to collect my vehicle so that i can repair at my own cost, The panel beaters (Great South Autobody) is refusing to give me my vehicle to move it to my place and fix it. Great South Autobody says i must pay them about R10000 before they can release my vehicle. No one wants to take responsibility between the Insurance company and the tow-truck driver. I dont have my vehicle with me and I wont get until I pay the ridiculous amount.
