Dear Sir,
I did a lot of work for the Third Party Recovery Dept. of Zurich and has been struggling for several months now with my outstanding invoices of which some are now outstanding for more than a year! I even wrote a letter to the Chief Operating Officer and after that, a few were paid but there are still numerous outstanding invoices. After my complaint, instead of apologizing for their unacceptable behaviour they rather choose to no longer make use of my services! They always have some form of excuse when I contact them with regard to my outstanding invoices and nothing is being done to the remainder of the outstanding invoices. The senior management don't seem to care about my situation and is delegating the problem to junior staff who are unable to resolve the issue.
I have been formally instructed by Zurich to provide the service and I expect to be paid for the service!
I wonder what Zurich's reaction would be if somebody owed them money and that it has been outstanding for more than a year!
