I was involve in an accident with Fastway Couriers (insured by Zurich) in October 2013. The 3rd party department asked for various documents that I feel they could have get on their own. After struggling to get all documentation and sent through I received an email on the 7th of January 2014 saying a 3rd party negotiator will contact me within 7 days. I still have not been contacted. When I called Zurich and choose the complains department I was transferred back to 3rd party while I was busy explaining what happened.
