I'm am honestly fed up with Capitec bank . yesterday I withdrew R1000 from my account in Dobsonville at 7h15pm and 30 minutes later while I was sleeping I get an sms that I just purchased something worth of R400 in Johannesburg how is that possible? when I call the bank I'm being told this matter needs do be investigated it will take 31 days for the matter to be resolved! This is not acceptable!!! I want my money back! then I will gladly move to another bank.
