For over two years I, have been doing my best to claim from Zurich Insurance Company after their client caused damage on my vehicle. Taking into consideration that their client was in the wrong and admitted. A claim was subsequently register by Zurich's client however Zurich has not yet paid/ repair my car calming that their client has not paid access. I have every right to claim from his insurance (Zurich), whether their client has paid excess or not. I am not supposed to be affected by the delay of excess payment by their client as it has nothing to do with me.

I therefore urgently request Zurich to pay for fixing of my car, failing which I will log a complaint with the Ombudsman. I further wish indicate that, delay in fixing these damage may be causing/ have caused consequential damages that will be charge to Zurich's account should they continue to delay.
