No Communication to response to queries

I had a 3rd party claim that is outstanding since Nov 2012. Not once has your company bother to call me. After following up on my claim I have only been put from pillar to post and no one has resolved my claim. Wanda Young promised me someone would call me and until now no response. Clearly they don't give a. This is appalling service and completely ridiculous. Just because I am not a client of Zurich does not mean you don't have to give a. I even emailed the head of the department at Zurich Syney Ramulongo with no response. This is really unacceptable. If the head of a department cannot respond to a simple e-mail to assist with the resolution of my 3rd party claim then one must wonder how the rest of the company deals with clients. Like the saying goes, "you want to know how good your insurance company is, CLAIM". Yip now I know

I am not going to let this go. Your client bumped me and you need to fix my vehicle.
