Being a 3rd party claimant i had the displeasure of dealing with Zurich. I was advised i had to deal with a Natasha Harrington. Being Zurich Insurance of course my claim was dismissed without anyone contacting me, getting my side of the story etc. But the shocker was how bad this Natasha was, my one and only e-mail correspondence from her rejecting my claim was surely written by a 6 year old and not her?? Really Zurich, i now know you are a rogue company (see all the complaints on this site) but at least employ people who have got a clue.
