IN ACCORDANCE TO EFFECIENT, FAIR AND EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE, I MUST SAY THAT ZURICH HAS FAILED TO MEET THE ABOVE. ZURICH CLAIMS TO ADHERE TO HIGH STANDARDS OF QUALITY SERVICE WHEN IN FACT THEY DON'T.
FURTHER TO MY PREVIOUS COMPLAINTS ABOUT ZURICH I WOULD LIKE TO EXPRESS MY DISSAPOINTMENT IN THE MANNER IN WHICH ZURICH HANDLED MY CLAIM. LINK INSURANCE BROKERS CLAIM TO HAVE POSTED MY POLICY DOCUMENTS TO ME BUT HAVE NO PROOF OF POSTAGE. BOTH LINK INSURANCE BROKERS AND ZURICH DON'T HAVE THEIR DUCKS IN A ROW.
I MET WITH MY BROKER CYVIAN AND SICELO FROM LINK ON 04 APRIL 2013 AND THEY ASKED ME TO RETRACT MY COMPLAINTS FROM HELLOPETER SO THEY CAN SEND A MOTIVATION LETTER TO ZURICH (THAT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE DONE THE DAY THEY RECIEVED MY REJECTION LETTER). A DAY LATER I RECIEVED A VERY INTIMIDATING SMS FROM SICELO SAYING THAT ZURICH HAS DEMANDED THAT I RETRACT MY COMPLAINTS. BASED ON WHAT?
I REQUESTED A MEETING IN PERSON WITH A MANAGER FROM ZURICH AND TO DATE I HAVEN'T RECIEVED A RESPONSE. ZURICH REFUSES TO PAY OUT MY CLAIM AND THEY DO NOT WANT TO COMPENSATE ME FOR MY GREAT LOSS. ZURICH TOOK FOUR MONTHS TO REJECT MY CLAIM BASED ON A TERM THAT WAS ON MY POLICY ACCORDING TO THEM.
