Failure to pay

In Nov 2011 i was involve in an accident with a truck that was insured by Zurich. The company owning the truck agreed to pay the damages as they were at fault and refered me to Zurich. Zurich asked me for all the documents they needed and i faxed them in Jan 2012. From then i was sent from post to pillar and sometimes i will hang on the phone for more than half hour waiting for help. I end up fixing the car and sending the quotation and the payment receipt to them. They later offered me half of what i paid and i refused the offer. its now almost one and a half year and still waiting.
