I had a motor accident a few years ago, with the other party being insured with zurich. At that time I did not have insurance on my car.

I was instructed to contact a gentleman from zurich insurance to help me claim from my damage of R25k, because the other party who was insured with zurich was found to be a fault.

However after speaking too him once! He never got back to me or take my call, I was told for over 6 months he was out the office!
