Montser of a bad service

On the 16th of October i was contacted by the Nedbank Virtual sales department, they advised that I take up the cheque/ current account- to which I agreed. The card was couriered to me, and upon receipt I produced my proof of residence and id copy to the courier guy, as requested. I went to the bank as well to have my pin activated, the consultant there advised as well that my card is restricted momentarily. On days subsequent to that i phoned Nedbank to try and get the card un-restricted, and the consultant on the line was more than happy to assist me with that; he even said with gusto that my card was now open for usage. I even went as far as giving my HR and payroll department these new banking details. My money has not been paid in yet, but i just thought i'd try out the card buy checking my balance off the ATM and to my surprise it is still restricted. Today I phoned and the lady consultant has told me that she has lodged a call for this to be resolved, and gave me reference number 65791491- she promised that it would be resolved within 24 hours. Kindly get this resolved before my salary gets paid in on Monday, as a blocked account will be a huge inconvenience.
