Unwilling and incompetent staff at Silverton Branc

After leaving early at work to make it before the bank closes upon arrival the staff seemed very busy and helpful as such however I was informed that a letter from my medical aid does not serve as proof of residence, i Explained to the consultant named Sherade that i really need to open an account as my salary needs to be paid into the account and that I especially took off for this purpose, after struggling for some time I went to get a stamped over the counter statement from Telkom, I produced it to her and the Branch manager said that as long as it has a stamp on it is fine, when it was time for the consultant to assist me nearing 17h00 she said that the branch manager made a mistake and the proof of residence is not acceptable, i have told Sharon that the branch manager has approved of this proof of residence and they made me wait more than half an hour just because they are to lazy to finalize the opening of the account. the staff at Capitec Silverton is very rude and incompetent and clearly they do not know how to do their job or produce client satisfaction if i had gone to another branch I am sure they would have assisted me. Very poor customer service
