Six trips to the bank and they still can't help!!!

About a year ago I went to the Nelspruit branch of Capitec with all the relevant documentation to open a bank account. I was greeted by a friendly gentleman who showed me to a rather grumpy consultant who immediately showed her bad negative attitude and it all went downhill from there. She said that my proof of residence was not acceptable yet just a a month or so earlier a colleague opened a bank account with a similar letter from our employer stating we reside in the Kruger park in company accommodation. The letter was on a letterhead with an original stamp and signatures of authority. Disgusted and disappointed I left the bank in frustration. A month ago my husban convinced me to try again as we now have permanent residence and a lease agreement in our names. The next five trips to Capitec Brooklyn mall has sealed the deal in the fact that I will never attempt to do business with this bank even if they paid me. Since I have recently married I had a name change and applied for a new ID and the proof thereof has worked with every other establishment but not with Capitec. They have since declined me on various things and again asked for a letter from my employer, back to square one
