Lack of process, untrained inefficient rude staff

My companys Amex Business Gold cards were approved & we were notified that the cards had beensent to our branch, Sandton City. I didnt receive notification to collect because Nedbank had an incorrect number on their system. I went to the branch with my ID book to collect. After a very long wait, the assistant declined to assist without my proof of residence. At the second visit with my ID & Proof of Residence, my card & pin issued. I tried to used the card several times at different vendors and each time the card was declined. I visited the branch for a third time and the consultant tried to assist but said that there was a hold on my card because the FICA hub had not received my Proof of Residence. I was confused and informed the consultant that my card would not have been issued had I not submitted my proof of residence. She declined to assist further. A fourth visit was unsuccessful because the systems at the branch was down. At the 5th visit, I had my proof of residence, card and drivers licence and explained the entire frustrating process to the consultant who was rude and unwilling to assist without my ID. I am still unable to use the card and considering closing our account!
