I went to capitec to reverse an debit order however I was informed that I need supporting documents, I did not have them I therefore requested to speak to the branch manager she told me the same, I informed them that I will close my bank acc with them, this was the response of boitumelo with a smile"do u want me to print out yout statement because u need 2 give them proof of residence when u open a new account" and please note that u won't get the credit back in your account? " Wow is that what you call customer care CAPITEC? I'm done with. Captec! Pathetic service.
