My troubles started since the day I joined this company for my health services. I have emails dated back as far as 25th of September 2013, which till up to this date, I have had no feedback.
Essential Med has caused me so far, with all the changes, promises and so called being sorry. They have once again debited my account twice. Once on the 8th of November 2013 and now the 15th of November 2013. My debit order date is the 15th of the month; The debit bounced on the 15th of November. I mailed Essential Med and only today, the 19th after another 2 mails I was called by Marelize, who was very sorry, but still have no solution to all my issues.
Yet after speaking to her this evening, I received an sms asking me to please pay the outstanding debit order of R1620-00.
I am so angry, so frustrated.
I have referred so many people to them.
They do not call you back, they do not reply to you, and every time the company gives you somebody else to work with. I demanded to speak with a manager or higher and was replied back via email. This is just not acceptable. They should not be in business!!!
