I am appalled with the service received from FNB today! I have changed my salary date with FNB many times to the 15th as I only get paid then. They went last night and deducted R1675 from my account on a debit order that I did not authorise! Now my account is overdrawn and I am left with NO money till the 15th of November!! They also claim now that the debit order cannot be reversed. I know that they can reverse the debit order as I have done this before! Marvin at the call centre did not even try to assist with a solution! FNB showed me today exactly how they can help! Help people to sit an entire weekend without a cent of money!
